The electronic topup service allows customers having cards or accounts opened at service participating NAPAS members (banks/merchants) to topup into the prepaid accounts (such as mobile phone account, game, digital content service, e-wallet, prepaid card, etc) of service providers connected to NAPAS everytime and everywhere via multiple channels of NAPAS members including but not limited to Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, SMS Banking, Kiosk Banking, ATM, POS, and counter.

- Customer makes transaction on Bank’s channel
- Transaction is sent to NAPAS for processing
- NAPAS sends transaction to Service Provider for topup
